RSG utilizes the latest technology to provide our clients with a unique hiring experience; one-way video interviews, detailed candidate files, and additional resources will help our clients select the best choices possible. By being selective in the clients & searches we take on,  our efforts focus on truly getting to know our clients, candidates, and their needs.  Taking our time to thoroughly vet potential candidates and presenting detailed files, we provide our clients with peace of mind knowing that they are making the best selection possible for their position. We will not rush or force a candidate into any role and will instead work with our clients for as long as it takes to identify the right fit.

It’s tough to know who a candidate is based on a one-page resume and a brief application. Our screening process digs deeper into what makes a candidate tick. What motivates them? How do they derive fulfillment from their work? By providing detailed background reports on the candidates and highlighting their best skillsets, our clients can spend more time interviewing who they feel will be the best fit and less time on sorting through a stack of resumes.

Having a trusted partner to debrief after interviewing candidates allows our clients to share their concerns. How often do you get off a phone call and say, “I wish I would have asked that?” RSG can quickly answer those secondary questions. RSG will conduct more research into a candidate and their experience while you move on to other matters.

Our Founder

In addition to having worked directly in the industry for 15 years, Paul Ryan was raised in a family that created an industry-leading Private Staffing agency. Paul’s mother, Karen Walker Ryan, is a well-known innovator in the Private Service Staffing space and created a very successful agency (Heartland Estate Staffing, formerly Estate Staffing by Heartland) that has been in business for 36 years and counting.

Paul also had the unique privilege of growing up on a 400+ acre working ranch where his father farmed and raised sheep and frequently hired ranch hands. This unique mix of experiences allows Paul to easily communicate and identify with both the property owners and the candidates needed to staff their properties.

Paul’s first professional position was within Estate Staffing by Heartland. He worked his way up from filing and data entry to becoming VP of the agency. In 2010, the business sold, and Paul left the industry briefly. In 2014, he returned to the former company he had once worked for (under new ownership and a new name – Heartland Estate Staffing).

In his role, Paul was responsible for several areas of daily operations, including client and candidate relations, office management, web maintenance, IT support, and dealing with vendors.  Paul’s service-focused & professional background gives him a unique understanding of the challenges both candidates and clients face in finding the right match.
