At the same time, a more generic description will be posted on the RSG Job Board and some other industry-specific job boards to start attracting new candidates.

As RSG begins to source and screen the best candidates for the role, we will share detailed candidate profiles with you and ask for your feedback in order to help guide the search going forward.

Once a selection has been made, RSG will help craft an offer letter and negotiate any of the final details of the position.
